How does it work if I don't like the project ?
If you're not satisfied with your interior design file you can reach out to me and give me some explanations by email (contact@maison22septembre.com) about the elements that don't suit you. We will then look at alternatives.
If the changes asked are due to the fact that you have forgotten to mention some of your demands before your design brief was approved, these changes will be charged. Depending on the workload involved by these omissions, changes will be charged from 20 to 100€.
Can I asked questions once the order is finalised ?
Once your interior design file is completed and if you still have questions, you can reach out to me by email with your order number and the reason of your email in the subject line.
You can contact me up to 5 times for the same project and will receive an answer within 48h (business day).
Can one give a specific budget ?
I'm here to adapt myself to your needs and budget.
After our first discussions you will be able to give me the budget you want to allow to the entirety of your project (paint, wall covering, furniture, decorative objects...). That budget will be established with the assomption that you will do all the work yourself.
What will I receive once my project is completed ?
Once your project is approved, you will receive an interior design file comprising :
* The summary of your order (a resume of our conversations)
* Coloured elevations of your room(s)
* A coloured floor plan of your new layout
* A mood board
* A material board
* A furniture board
* A lighting board
* A decorative objects board
When will I have my interior design file ?
Once your order is completed, and after our first conversation, within 48h (business day) after payment, you will receive a summary with an estimation of the interior design file delivery.
That estimation will be refined while the project moves on and in particular if the project needs to be corrected or modified.
